Gateway U Serving Opportunites

Instructors
Gateway U is always looking for new classes and instructors to add to the curriculum.  If you have a great class idea and you have teaching experience or experise in a field of spiritual study, e-mail  sherilyn.villareal@gatewaychurch.com for more information on how to apply.

Greeters
If you're already signed up for a Gateway U class and can arrive about 30 minutes early to class, this serving opportunity might be right for you.  Greeters help check in class participants and pass out class materials before class.  Greeters also assist instructors with any classroom needs and take a head count for each class.  If interested, e-mail paul.wu@gatewaychurch.com.

Hospitality Coordinator
If you're free on one or more week nights while Gateway U is in session and you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming environment, then this serving opportunity might be right for you.  Hospitality Coordinators arrive early before classes are held and set up drinks and refreshments for Gateway-U classes. If interested, e-mail paul.wu@gatewaychurch.com.

Audio/Video Technician
Do you love the behind-the scenes part of classroom presentations?  If so, you may want to join our A/V Team.  A/V Technicians arrive early before class to set up projectors, computer and sound equipment, as well as perform microphone checks for the instructor before class.  No experience necessary; we will train you!  If interested, e-mail Cheryl Taylor at cheryl.taylor@earthlink.net.

Lobby Registration Team
Members of the Lobby Registration Team are available on some Sunday morning between services to answer questions about upcoming Gateway U classes and help interested participants to get registered.  If interested, e-mail paul.wu@gatewaychurch.com.

Administrative Team
Gateway U Admin volunteers input attendance and class evaluation information into layouts and spread sheets and help the ministry of Gateway U with other pre- and post-course organization.  If interested, e-mail paul.wu@gatewaychurch.com.
