Seminar Description
This class, based on John’s book No Perfect People Allowed, is essential for all Gateway Leaders. Develop your understanding of the church we lead and the city we are trying to reach. We’ll explore the challenges of leading in light of the five main struggles of our post-Modern, post-Christian culture: trust, truth, tolerance, aloneness, and brokenness. Please bring a Bible to class.

Instructor Information
John Burke
John is Gateway's Lead Pastor. John and his wife Kathy began working in ministry on staff with a campus ministry in California. Prior to starting Gateway, John was the Executive Director of Ministries at Willow Creek Community Church. John did his undergraduate work here at the UT and his graduate work at Trinity University in Chicago.
Gary Foran
Gary is Gateway's Small Group & Leadership Development Minister. Gary brings passion and experience to his role of directing the Small Group mission at Gateway. He has been leading small groups for more than twenty years and likes nothing better than developing leaders and helping them build Biblical community.
