Get Connected

Starting Gate

Whether you’re new or have been coming for a while and aren’t connected yet, we believe that Starting Gate is a great next step for you! We’ll give you a 15-minute tour of our Gateway North campus and share with you why we do what we do. Starting Gate takes place every Sunday after each of our services.  Just meet us after whatever service you attend by the big window on the south side of the auditorium.  You’ll see our Starting Gate sign there so you can’t miss us!

**STARTING GATE IS POSTPONED UNTIL WE RESUME REGULAR SERVICES**

NextGen

We have great programs for kids birth through 5th grade in the NextGen Building during every service.

Our combined Middle/High School student program is called One Eighty. One Eighty meets from 5:30-7:30 Sunday nights in the Garage.

Networks

A Network is group of 20 or more people who are relationally connected because they’re committed to each other and to serving together. Some of our Networks are oriented around serving to make our Sunday services possible. Others focus on serving in their neighborhoods or serving a group of people with specific needs at Gateway or in the city.  They meet together on a regular basis to connect socially, support one another, and serve together.

Life Groups

Finding community where we can be intentional about our spiritual growth is going to make all the difference in our spiritual journey! Life Groups are 7-15 people who meet together weekly or every other week. We believe transformation happens as we seek to grow in a relationship with Jesus together. We aim to have real and honest conversations as we study the Bible together, all while becoming increasingly known by others who will help us walk out what we learn.

Events

Starting June 2nd

7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

ALPHA explores the basics of the Christian faith, looking at different questions of belief and designed to create conversation. Everyone is welcome, but Alpha is designed primarily for those who would not call themselves Christians. It’s an open, informal and honest space to explore and discuss life’s big questions together. During this 8-week class, you’ll have a chance to connect with others who are also exploring faith and God in a fun, relaxed setting. Join us for this Online Alpha course!

Women's Gathering

June 5th 7-8:30 p.m.

Online

As Gateway North Women’s Network we are continuing with our theme of Women in an Upside Down World, which seems all the more appropriate at a time like this when our whole lives have literally been turned upside down. Join us as we explore through the Gospel of Mark what it looks like to live counter-culturally in a world in crisis and how Jesus’ life challenges us to ask, “Who is this?” and “What am I going to do now?”.

Online-Men's Open Share Recovery Group

Begins Thursday, April 30, 2020
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

In this season we have created online Gender-Specific Open Share Group. These groups are designed to provide a safe environment where participants can share with others, that are or have struggled with similar challenges, their Hurts, Habits, or Hangups. A trained leader facilitates using our small group guidelines, which consist of no attempts at advice-giving, No crosstalk within the group, and staying focused on our own journey by using “I” statements. Our desire is to create a space that you can receive support for the challenges you are facing through this season of Quarantine.
