Inspire Services

SUNDAYS  9:15 A.M. // 11:15 A.M. // 6 P.M.

In-person attendance for the live recording at our North Location is currently suspended.

We understand that many want to gather together in person. We had wanted to honor that by creating a safe environment for a limited capacity to watch the live recording being produced for our online experience at our North location. But, with the latest increase in positive COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in our area along with the latest updates from Governor Abbot, we are suspending this in-person option to attend the online recording until we can better assess the situation.

We will continue to monitor information daily from government officials and medical and safety professionals as we seek God’s wisdom and guidance to make the best decisions for our church attenders, volunteers, and staff.

Get Connected

Starting Gate

One of the best ways to move out of the crowd and into community is to serve others with others. To find your place to connect, join us at Starting Gate after any of the Sunday services. Just look for the banner right after the service and you will meet others new to Gateway, learn more about who we are as a church and why we do what we do.  You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at some of our Serve Teams including NextGen, Guest Services as well as Arts & Production.

Birth through elementary programs are offered at both morning services. You can check your children in to our secure childcare area, where they will be cared for by trained volunteers who have passed a background check. We’ll take your cell phone number to notify you if for any reason your child needs you. Our elementary aged kids have a program with their very own small group leaders and engaging productions and discussion.

A middle school program is offered at the 9:30am service. We promise some crazy fun and engaging topics and practical discussion with their peers and small group leaders.

A middle school and high school program is offered at the 11 a.m. service. They’ll have some great teaching and good discussion about real life topics.

Gateway Kids programs are NOT offered at the 6 p.m. service.

A Network is group of 20 or more people who are relationally connected because they’re committed to each other and to serving together. Many of our Networks are oriented around serving to make our Sunday services possible. Others focus on serving in their neighborhoods or serving a group of people with specific needs at Gateway or in the city.  They meet together on a regular basis to connect socially, support one another, and serve together.

Life Groups

Finding community where we can be intentional about our spiritual growth is going to make all the difference in our spiritual journey! Life Groups are 7-15 people who meet together weekly or every other week. We believe transformation happens as we seek to grow in a relationship with Jesus together. We aim to have real and honest conversations as we study the Bible together, all while becoming increasingly known by others who will help us walk out what we learn.

Starting June 28th

Every Sunday from 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

June 28th – August 16th

At Gateway we believe in prayer and the power of prayer. The disciples of Jesus asked Him to teach them how to pray and what He taught them was monumental to their faith journey. WHAT is prayer? WHO do we pray to? WHY do we pray? HOW do we actually pray?

Join our Gateway South Staff on Zoom for an 8-week journey as we dive in together discovering how Jesus answered the disciples’ question and taught them and therefore taught us, how to pray.

July 18th

Saturday, July 18th at 9:30 a.m.

Join us online for a virtual Women’s Brunch!

We will hear from financial coach/creative life coach Carrie T. Nauyalis about “Drawing a Line in the Sand on 2020.” You won’t want to miss it!

RSVP by completing the form linked below.

Every 5th Sunday of the Month

Unceasing Prayer is a collaborative effort by over 30 churches in the Greater Austin area to cover our city in prayer 24/7 to see the church in Austin unified with one heart and mind to unceasingly petition God through prayer.

Gateway has committed to pray when there is 5th Sunday in a month. Will you sign up to pray for a 1-hour time slot?

*Recovery has been cancelled until further notice*

Hurts, habits, and hang ups keep us bound up, feeling alone, and isolated. We offer a faith-based 12-step program that provides support and community for those looking for healing, freedom, and transformation.

Our Wednesday night 12-Step Open Meeting is open to anyone and everyone 50 weeks a year (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas). Just show up and find a supportive group of people regardless of what your struggle might be.

Childcare is provided from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays for children ages 0-12. No notice is needed.
