Where should I park?
Free parking is available at all our campuses. Our team members will be happy to direct you to available spots when you arrive. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for the best parking options.
What about my kids?
We love kids! We have engaging, age-appropriate programs for children from nursery through elementary age during our services. All our children's ministry volunteers are background-checked and trained. Your kids will have a blast while you enjoy the service. You are also welcome to bring them with you to the service.
Can I save time by registering my kids before Sunday
Yes! We would love to save you a little time by offering online registration for new families! Note: Our kids areas will not be accessible until 15 minutes before the services. Check-in begins at 9:00am and 11:00am.
Is your facility accessible?
Absolutely! All our campuses are fully accessible with ramps, accessible parking, and accessible restrooms. If you have specific accessibility needs, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance so we can ensure your visit is comfortable.
Do you have ASL services?
Yes! Each campus offers one service with an ASL interpreter. Gateway Buda and Gateway South Austin: 9:15am. Gateway North Austin: 11:15am
Will anyone ask me for money?
Nope! While we do talk about joining the Journey to Generosity during our services, it's only for those who choose to give. As our guest, there's absolutely no expectation or pressure for you to contribute anything.

Questions are welcome here! Whether you're exploring faith for the first time, coming back to church after a long break, or wrestling with doubts, you'll find a safe space to ask questions and seek answers.
