You will do hands-on ministry and work along-side our staff teams and our goal is that after this experience, you will be ready to find a full time staff position at a church or para-church ministry. We seek to mobilize asUR leaders to start asUR churches, campuses, and networks that will take people from lost to leading. We will equip and train in the fundamentals of multiplication and discipleship based on 2 Timothy 2:2 and give you a holistic understanding of what it takes to lead a church, campus, or network that reaches people far from God and takes them from lost to leading.
