Words of blessing and belief shape and form us for life. They can destroy or build up - encourage or deter. The words of parents have an extraordinary power. Our parents words made us who we are and our words are the making of our children. We'll consider how to wield them wisely.

Need Help?

Gateway offers many resources to help. Support and Recovery help by providing support groups that hope, healing and support to hurting and broken people on their journey to spiritual and emotional wholeness in Christ. Click here to find out more. Community Care responds to times of need by providing services designed to bridge the gap between crisis and stability. Gateway also coordinates services with professionally biblical based Counseling. If you're in need of prayer, please E-mail your private prayer request to prayer@gatewaychurch.com to have the prayer team pray for your request. If you choose, you may remain anonymous.

Baptism

Our next baptism is scheduled at the McNeil Campus for Sunday, May 18, immediately following each service. If you have made a decision to follow Christ or have never been baptized as a Christ-follower, your next step is to mark your faith through baptism. If you’re interested, please complete a baptism packet which is available in the main lobby. You’ll also need to attend a baptism meeting on Sunday, May 4 or 11 at 10:00am. If you have any questions, please email baptism@gatewaychurch.com or baptismsouth@gatewaychurch.com for infromation about the next South Campus baptism.

You've indicated that you conduct almost all of your financial transactions on-line, so Gateway is offering on-line giving as a convenience for those who would like to support the ministries of the Church. Click here to contribute or sign up for on-line giving.

Starting Gate

Are you looking for an easy way to meet others at Gateway and understand some of the basics of Christian faith? If so, registering for Starting Gate may provide you with the information and inspiration you're looking for. Starting Gate is a 4-week experience, held during normal Sunday service times in the Garage, and is suitable for people at any spiritual season. DudeFest '08 May 16-17

Engage in community, challenge, and spiritual teaching at the overnight men's event known as DudeFest! Held at the Massengale Ranch near Lake Travis, DudeFest is a powerful way to connect you to the men of Gateway. Cost is $35 and includes great food and events from Friday 6pm- Saturday 4pm. Email men@gatewaychurch.com if you have questions.This is a great way to get connected for the first time, or invite your men's small group and make it a team building adventure!

Support & Recovery at Gateway offers many outlets for the community to “Come as you are” and to truly embrace “No Perfect People Allowed.” We recognize the 12 Steps as a means for all broken people to overcome their dependencies, whether they’re substance or behavioral addictions.

Gateway U Weekend Seminars

Gateway U is now in session! Gateway U offers classes to help you grow in your spiritual knowledge, wisdom and understanding whether you are just starting out on your spiritual journey or you have been walking awhile. The registration deadline for many classes has now passed, but it's still not too late to sign up for many of our weekend seminars.
