Gateway Residency
The Gateway Residency is a full-time ministry development program where we are committed to stretching and empowering leaders to explore their calling into ministry while helping us achieve our mission to help people explore God and become a unified community of growing, multiplying Christ-followers.
The Gateway Residency provides life-changing training and hands-on direct ministry experience in leadership and discipleship from seasoned leaders.
If you are eager to find a high-paying salaried position with amazing benefits, then this program is likely not going to be a good fit for you. However, if you are ready to roll up your sleeves, serve under some amazing leaders and gain an opportunity to passionately learn and serve in a fast-paced, Jesus-centered, "come as you are" church, then you are in the right place!

9 months. The program begins in September and ends in May.
The schedule will vary upon the ministry area. You can expect to work five days per week in most instances, Sundays will be required for all of our Residents and some evenings as well. Your mentor will work with you on your schedule but we ask that you be flexible with your time.
There is no guarantee of employment with Gateway upon the completion of the program. Gateway Residents, however, will have the opportunity to interview for staff roles after the duration of the program.
We require full-time Residents to dedicate all of their work time to the Gateway Residency so ask that they not obtain employment outside of the program. There is an opportunity to raise support if needed.
